Delivery time
Once we have recieved your order, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We try to ship your order whitin 2 working days.
All our packages will be handled via postNL or DHL for all shipment and delivery services, track and trace included. After your packages has been sent, you will recieve your Track & Trace code by mail. Please do note that postNL does utilize local partners as carriers in other markets outside The Netherlands. International orders go by certified mail.

How do I return an item?
Is your order not quite to your liking? Follow the steps below to process your return.
Note: If you have a complaint or damaged item, please send an email to: [email protected] within 24 hours before returning it to us. Photos and a clear description of the complaint must be provided so that the complaint can be handled. Each item is thoroughly checked on arrival and on departure from the warehouse.
Return procedure
- Returns within 14 days and 7 days for sale items.
- Always use the original packaging, the barcode helps us in the return process.
- The return costs are for your own account and must be sufficiently stamped.
- Items are unused and undamaged (fitting is allowed provided the packaging remains intact).
- Return items remain the responsibility of the sender until they are received.
TIP! Always send and track and trace and keep the proof of shipment.

Exchange?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. Because we work with a limited stock, we can't guarantee sizes. If you wish to receive another item or size, you have to place a new order.
Products that have been purchased with a discount or in sale may not be returned.
On all offers, orders and agreements of Beach & Bandits attached Terms and Conditions will apply. The acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order implies that the consumer automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
