Order
Select the product and make sure you select the correct size. The items appear in your shopping cart. When you're done shopping, proceed to checkout and enter shipping information. Your order will be processed once payment has been completed.
No, it is not necessary to create an account.
If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beachandbandits.com. We will see what is possible.
A pre-order is an extra option and service for our customers. Some items are so popular that they sell out quickly or are still on their way to our warehouse. With a pre-order, you can order these items before they are directly in stock. This way, you are assured of your favorite Beach & Bandits item as soon as it arrives. For every pre-order item, we state an expected delivery date. We always do our utmost to adhere to this date, but this is never 100% certain. Sometimes a delivery may shift slightly due to production or transport circumstances. Pre-orders are always 100% delivered, so no worries and happy shopping!

Beach & Bandits accepts the following payment methods: iDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Minitix, Paypal and Klarna
Fill your shopping cart and click order. Your discount code can be entered in the ‘discount code’ field. Then click apply and the discount will be processed.
Shipping
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, please contact info@beachandbandits.com
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Orders within NL and Belgium are generally delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For other countries this may take a little longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to track the status of your order.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Is your order not completely to your liking? Follow the steps below to pay for your return within 14 days.
To request a return, register your return here and follow the steps in our returns process.
Once we receive the item(s), the item(s) will undergo a quality check.
Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once the refund has started.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your purchase for a different size. Our stock is limited and sizes sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that another size will still be in stock. We recommend reordering the desired items.
We do our best to refund the amount of returned items as quickly as possible. Depending on your bank, this will take a maximum of 3-7 days after we have processed the return.
