After placing an order, the consumer immediately receives an e-mail confirmation containing the details of the order and the total costs of the order, including shipping costs. Customs clearance and / or import/export duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility and for the account of the consumer. All orders will be sent to the shipping address within five (5) working days after receipt of payment by the consumer. In the event of a technical malfunction, however, falling under the category of circumstances beyond Beach & Bandits' control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. Beach & Bandits will keep the consumer informed of the status of the order. We strive to keep our website (www.beachandbandits.com) as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. A product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days of the order. If Beach & Bandits fails to do so, the consumer can immediately terminate the order contract. Once a consumer order has been placed and the consumer has received an email with an order confirmation, the consumer may not change the order. The delivery time is indicative and therefore not guaranteed. All orders are processed and shipped to the shipping address within two (2) business days after receipt of payment. Beach & Bandits is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or in case of 'force majeure'. If a delivery is delayed or if the delivery cannot be sent or can only be sent in part because the goods are not in stock or for other reasons, the consumer will be informed of this as soon as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order has been placed. . In this case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge. Beach & Bandits will refund the consumer the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after termination. Ownership of goods is not transferred until the buyer's corresponding obligations have been fulfilled. At the moment of transfer of ownership, which occurs at the time of delivery of the products, product liability is transferred to the buyer.

If for any reason the consumer does not wish to keep the product, the consumer has the right to return the product to Beach & Bandits within seven (7) working days after receiving the product. The consumer must first notify Beach & Bandits in writing by email of their intention and must follow all further return conditions and instructions from Beach & Bandits on the delivery and returns page. Return products will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed and undamaged. And will only be accepted if they are sent in their original, undamaged packaging and the Beach & Bandits tags or labels are still attached to the products. In addition, the shipping costs for returned products are at the consumer's expense. Under no circumstances will Beach & Bandits reimburse the shipping costs of returned products. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Beach & Bandits will reimburse the consumer for the returned product(s) within thirty days of receipt. Beach & Bandits does not accept returns for SALE products. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on the item) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the consumer. We will charge the costs of the return shipment and administrative costs to the consumer. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within five (5) working days of product delivery, clearly explaining the problem found. For defective products, Beach & Bandits will provide a full refund to the consumer, including return shipping, as soon as possible after receiving the products and within thirty days, starting from the date of receipt of the products. Products are defective if they are received in the wrong style or size - due to an error made by Beach & Bandits -, are damaged or a manufacturing defect occurs within six (6) months of purchase. Items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be considered defective. All warranty obligations expire if the products are altered by the consumer or a third party, due to improper use, lack of care, or if the consumer does not adhere to the instructions provided, such as washing instructions. If a consumer wishes to replace a defective product instead of receiving a refund, the consumer should know that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, Beach & Bandits will offer to repair defective products. If it cannot be repaired or if the same product is not available, the consumer is entitled to a full refund, shipping and return included.
